The Association of Science Educators in Dentistry (ASEiD), formerly the Association of Basic Science Teachers in Dentistry (ABSTD) is a professional association dedicated to encouraging the integration of the basic sciences into contemporary undergraduate and post-graduate dental curricula.
The Association of Science Educators in Dentistry wishes its members, friends and all those involved in teaching aspects of the Biomedical Sciences in dental curricula a merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous 2020.
Our most recent newsletter may be accessed by following this link.
The Association welcomes applications for membership from clinicians, non-clinical academic staff, basic scientists, and all others interested in the role and delivery of basic science education to dental curricula. If you are involved with undergraduate or postgraduate dental programmes or with courses preparing candidates for entry into the newer oral healthcare professions (e.g. Dental Therapy and Hygiene or Dental Technology).
We welcome your questions and feedback – please get in touch.
